Slotting somewhere in between the premier Cadillac and Pontiac in the GM pecking order, imports were typically sporadic with an attempt to import cars in 1955. It was the usual private imports and American service men owned examples being the main legacy of the brand in the UK. Much of the engineering and styling elements were evident in the equivalent Oldsmobile and Pontiac models.
