Like other GM stablemates Cadillac, Buick and Pontiac, Oldsmobile were tentatively started in 1955 with sporadic imports until the early 80’s. Some interest in the FWD models and personal imports helped keep the marque alive but are generally the rarest of the GM models seen in the UK.
