Digitization partnerships present an opportunity for increased access to historical government information through the increased availability of information technology products and services. Please consult NARA's Principles for Partnerships for more information.

Ancestry.com

Ancestry has a very clear focus on records of interest to genealogists. (May 20, 2008-ongoing)

EMC Corporation

FamilySearch, also known as Genealogical Society of Utah (GSU)

FamilySearch has a very clear focus on records of interest to genealogists. (October 23, 2007- ongoing)

FindMyPast

FindMyPast makes original historical documents available to search online, with a focus on genealogical documents.

Fold3.com (formerly Footnote, now held by Ancestry)

Fold3 is focused on military records, with particular interest on records documenting personal military service, but they may digitize other military records that add context to the records relating to individual service personnel. (January 10, 2007- ongoing)
