The Rudder is powered by the Orthodox Christian Network, an agency of the Assembly of Canonical Orthodox Bishops of North and Central America. The Rudder is programmed by Dr. Vladimir Morosan , the host of Icons in Sound, who has worked in Orthodox liturgical music for over 35 years, as a scholar, as a choral conductor, as a teacher, and as a publisher. The Rudder offers a unique opportunity to reach people throughout the world and in all walks of life, Orthodox and non-Orthodox, clergy and laity, with the beautiful and transforming music of Orthodox worship.
