OnePlus 5 smartphone is here. The latest flagship smartphone from Chinese smartphone brand OnePlus, which was unveiled globally at an event on June 20, will be launching in India today. The much-speculated smartphone has already gone on pre-order in select markets including, the US and Europe.

What time it will launch
OnePlus 5 is set to launch in India today (June 22). The company is holding an event for the same in Mumbai at 2pm.

What time will OnePlus 5 go on sale in India
The OnePlus 5 smartphone will be exclusively available on Amazon India's website from 4.30 pm today (June 22nd). The smartphone may also be available on OnePlus' store. The company is also likely to sell few units at the pop-up events that it is holding across several cities in India.

What will be the India price of OnePlus 5
Though the company has officially not revealed the price of OnePlus 5 smartphone, according to previous leaks the smartphone will be priced at Rs 32,999 for the 6GB RAM/64GB storage variant and Rs 37,999 for the 8GB RAM/128GB storage model.

Will it be available in offline stores
OnePlus India has not revealed if the smartphone will be available for sale offline. However, it is sure to be available at the company's 'Experience Store' in Bengaluru for users to be able to get a feel of the smartphone.

Where is OnePlus holding pop-up events in India
OnePlus is holding pop-up events for OnePlus 5 at several cities across the country. These include New Delhi (Ambience Mall, Vasant Kunj, June 23); Bengaluru (OnePlus Experience Store, Brigade Road, June 24); Chennai (Trans Car India 355A, GST Road, Alandur, June 24); and Hyderabad (Indian Motorcycle, Aruna Arcade, Jubilee Hills, June 25).

What are the specifications of OnePlus 5
The smartphone sports a 5.5-inch full-HD (1080x1920 pixels) Optic Amoled display, same as that of OnePlus 3T . It is powered by Qualcomm's flagship mobile processor octa-core Snapdragon 835 and comes in two variants based on RAM -- 6GB RAM and 8GB RAM. The graphics and animation is handled by the Adreno 540 GPU. Powered by a 3300mAh non-removable battery, the OnePlus 5 also supports the proprietary Dash Charging technology. Connectivity options in the device include Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, GPS, Wi-Fi and 4G LTE. OnePlus runs Android 7.1.1 Nougat based OxygenOS 4.5 out of the box and supports dual nano SIM cards. The company has added 16MP + 20MP dual rear cameras in OnePlus 5. The 16MP sensor (Sony IMX398) comes with f/1.7 aperture. The secondary 20MP (Sony IMX350) telephoto zoom lens comes with f/2.6 aperture and better optical zooming capabilities.
