Development of a Whole-of-Government Digital Records Platform is being led by the Department of Finance in consultation with the National Archives of Australia. The Platform will automate the records management function, with roll out due to commence in 2020. The program places a moratorium, until 30 June 2019, on investment in digital records solutions by non-corporate Commonwealth agencies.
