Plants of Grenada
In Grenada, the opportunities and demands for field guides were identified, at
workshops and through casual conversations, as:
- Guides aimed at tourism, to be used by tour guides, or to be bought by tourists.
- Guides for secondary schools, to be used in botanical and related courses
- We decided to try out the effectiveness of a modular approach to field guides
- Large trees have presented problems with earlier field guides, based on leaves. Can bark guides be made to work?
