SMART CARD PROBLEMS ON METRO COUNTERS

I traveled from kphb station to ameerpet on sunday it was very nice but when i gave my ATM CARD for swiping for buying a smart card. The staff at counter said they accept only cash no card. I have to go out of station to locate ATM .I lost considerable time which killed my enthusiasm for my first ride.Iti is request autorities to install ATM Machines to ease this type of hardships otherwise i appriciate cleanliness both on platforms and inside trains.chivukula anand
