Subaru Cars

Subaru is a Japanese niche-market auto brand set up in 1968 by parent firm Fuji Heavy Industries. The brand is known for all-wheel-drive (AWD) powertrains with a range of Boxer low-profile engines. Subaru also is known for wagons/SUVs that appeal to consumers with active sport-oriented lifestyles. In 2015, the car maker introduced redesigned Impreza, Legacy, Outback, WRX, and WRX STI models, while the Forester was last redone in 2014. Subaru’s big news for 2017 is the redesigned Impreza, which wears new styling intended to set the tone for all future models from the company. The BRZ sports car and Forester crossover SUVs get mild updates, the Legacy lineup has a sportier-looking if not performing variant, and the Outback lineup is offered in a new luxury-themed Touring trim level. Subaru also enhances safety technologies nearly across the board.
