Abarth

Specialising in Fiats and later Simca’s Abarth started tuning cars in 1950, with imports of the Zagato bodied 750 in 1958. 500 and 600 models soon followed throughout the 60’s. Fiat took over the whole concern in 1971 when the company experienced financial problems and Fiat used the Abarth name for a select range of racing and higher specification models.
