Introduction

This website concentrates on Datsun cars imported into the UK between 1968 and 1982 and covers all the official passenger car imports into the country. The range have a numerial badging system, which reflects the engine sizes - for example the 100A would have the 1 litre engine, through to the 240Z with the 2.4 litre engines. The cars were known by their Datsun names, often sported by the domestic version models, but it wasn't until the late 70's did Nissan export all of their cars with those names displayed on the car.
