Important things to consider when making your choice
Opting out does not turn off advertising.
If you opt out, you will still see online ads, but they will be less relevant to you. While relevant ads tend to cater to interests you already have, the ones you will see after opting out can be of questionable value and quality to your interests. Opting out of interest-based advertising hurts the sites you visit. Many of the sites you may enjoy the most depend on advertising revenue and interest based advertising makes the sites you love more money, which in turn allows them to give you the valuable content you want.

How to opt out of other third-party ad networks:
