SUPERSEDED PLANNING SCHEME FOR KOLAN SHIRE

The superseded Planning Scheme for Kolan Shire is an Integrated Planning Act 1997 compliant planning scheme.  It was adopted on the 18 April 2006 and came into effect on 26 April 2006.  On 19 July 2011 Council adopted version 2 of the Planning Scheme, which came into effect on 20 July 2011.
