Trusts and foundations
Partnerships that help safeguard our future
Trusts and foundations
As a registered charity, and an independent organisation that receives no revenue funding from government, the generosity of trusts and foundations is hugely important for the Royal Academy.
-
We are extremely grateful to all of our past and existing supporters, who have helped the RA become the unique institution that it is today.
-
In order to build on our success, we continue to seek funding towards our main activities including:
-
Learning
Our innovative Learning programme of events and activities for schools, families, community partners and access audiences.
-
RA Collection
The cataloguing, restoration and conservation of the RA Collection, which records the RA’s development as the leading visual arts institution in Britain.
-
RA Schools
Our postgraduate art school, the RA Schools, which seeks funding for scholarships and bursaries to support tuition for students studying at the UK’s only tuition-free diploma course to nurture the talent of young artists.
