Besides personal meetings with our clients and other stakeholders in the market, we organise roundtable sessions, client seminars as well we publish white papers to inform our clients. BNY Mellon is an active participant in local industry bodies and we are also in direct, regular contact with the Dutch Central Bank to discuss the evolving regulatory landscape.

In addition to our participation in consultations issued by the regulator on regulatory changes and their interpretation, BNY Mellon engages in discussion with the Dutch Central Bank on the feasibility of the requirements.

Our Country Executive, Leonique van Houwelingen, represents BNY Mellon on the Board of the Dutch Banking Association and the Foreign Banking Association where she actively participates in discussions impacting the fund industry and the financial sector more broadly, providing vital industry perspective on challenges and opportunities.
