Music's busiest DJ just added a new commitment to his packed schedule. Diplo is giving a keynote speech at South by Southwest in March, the annual conference and music festival revealed Monday (Jan. 13), amidst a slate of just-announced speakers.

While Diplo hasn't revealed what he plans to cover in his speech, he has plenty to draw from: In 2019 alone, the DJ and producer released two EPs and a collaborative album with Labrinth and Sia as LSD, started the house music label Higher Ground and played music festivals including Stagecoach, Coachella and Electric Zoo.

Along with Diplo, other newly-announced keynote speakers include immersive artist Gabo Arora and Laurene Powell Jobs, founder and president of the social change organization Emerson Collective.

Also added to the bill as featured speakers: music industry veteran and River House Artists founder Lynn Oliver-Cline; Patreon artist subscription platform co-founder Jack Conte; and Ian Montone, founder of music management company Monotone, Inc. and co-founder of the media and production group LBI Entertainment.

"From amplifying social change to remake our lives and communities better to imagining new ways to leverage technology in storytelling, we're truly excited about the programming that we've announced today," shared SXSW chief programming officer Hugh Forrest. "The creative and bold innovative talent speaking at SXSW this year continues to provide a compelling destination for people across industries to gather and engage with strong vision for our future."

Previously-announced speakers include Sonic Youth bassist-singer Kim Gordon and Pink Floyd founder Roger Waters (who will both give keynotes), along with Chic's Nile Rodgers in conversation with Hipgnosis Songs founder Merck Mercuriadis, Benny Blanco, Q&A founder and CEO Troy Carter, producer-songwriter T Bone Burnett and others.

SXSW touches down in Austin from March 13 through 22.
