I picked it up during BestBuy blackfriday 2018 for I believe $150, and for that price I believe this player is worth it. Really appreciate the option of 3D and upconversion for regular Blurays. 	Pros Rating : 4.5   Plays 4K HDR discs well. USB3 Port, great speed to playback large x2... Cons The remote is ok but it only takes coin batteries, so stock up.
Had the machine for a couple years, played every 4K disc I feed it so far. No issues, great little machine. Does what it intends to do, plays 4K HDR movies.

Overall a good Blu-Ray drive. Can read and write CDs, DVDs, and Blu-Rays. It even writes dual/tri layer discs and M-Discs. In my experience it has a good read/write speed for high intensity workloads.

I bought this one as soon as it came out to replace my Oppo-BDP105D. The Oppo-BDP105D was a fabulous player but to play the new 4k discs one needed to move up. You have to remember that to play 4k you not only need a Universal Disc Player, or UDP, but you also need a 4k or UHDTV. That is your choice...
