If you bought tickets to an event or exhibition before the RA closed in March and require a refund: please call the RA box office on 0207 300 8000 or email tickets@royalacademy.org.uk.

If you’re unable to attend an upcoming exhibition due to illness, tickets can be moved to another day or refunded up to the day of attendance, simply get in touch with us.

Tickets purchased for exhibitions with revised dates will remain valid and can be transferred once we can confirm our re-opening date; please sign-up to emails for updates.

However, if you wish to donate the cost of your exhibition or event ticket instead of requesting a refund, you would be helping support the RA at this difficult time. We are an independent charity and we don’t receive revenue funding from the government, so we are reliant upon the support of visitors, donors, sponsors, and the loyal Friends of the Royal Academy.
