Description: This successful Independent Pharmacy Group are currently looking for a Superintendent Pharmacist with operational responsibilities within their branches in the South East.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced superintendent to significantly influence the direction of a long-established and highly-regarded business.
The role will involve being a practicing pharmacist whilst taking on Superintendent Pharmacist duties and also managing operational aspects of the business. These duties will include:
Deliver Branch Item and Services Targets
Responsible for the delivery of Additional Services
Patient Safety
Delivery of the Pharmacy Contract
GPHC ratings/inspections
Pharmacy Efficiency
Staffing
Building and developing External Relationships
There is an experienced team in place for support and a Pharmacy Operations Co-Ordinator to support you.
Person Specification: You will be a qualified pharmacist with experience as a superintendent, and background in multi-site management.
