Join a growing strategic communications agency with high profile international clients in the charity and public sectors and a track record of success. We are a small team of dedicated strategists and communicators who feel privileged and excited to work with organisations that have something important to say. We are looking to recruit a new Associate to help deliver first class communications support to our clients around the world.
We work mostly on international issues, from climate and sustainability, to poverty and economic development, to human rights and conflict, and love using language and strategy to help people win arguments that are worth winning. Current and former clients include Avaaz, CDP, Chatham House, Clean Air Fund, Global Witness, Johns Hopkins University, ODI, Oxfam, Oxford University, and Save the Children.
We are looking for people who are self-motivated, driven, enthusiastic, and creative with excellent communications and campaigning skills, the ability to articulate a clear theory of change, and a good understanding of how to use media and external communications to support advocacy.
The successful candidates will have experience of all forms of strategic communication, including digital and multimedia, and good knowledge of and contacts in UK and international media and NGOs. We are particularly keen to find someone with strong media relations experience and a track record of gaining influential media coverage in print, online and broadcast in the UK and beyond.
A proven knowledge of and interest in issues such as human rights, conflict prevention, development and poverty reduction, and climate change is key. We are looking for people with at least 4 years’ experience in a communications role in the charity or public sector.
With flexible working arrangements, competitive salaries, an open and collaborative culture, and clear opportunities for growth, this is a fantastic opportunity for proactive, ambitious individuals who are passionate about using their skills to make a difference.
To apply send a copy of you CV and a cover letter via the button below by midnight on 29 November 2020.
