San Francisco Sex Information provides free, confidential, accurate, non-judgmental information about sex. Find information about identity, masturbation, STDs, fetishes, and call their free hotline.

 

American Sexual Health Association is America’s authority for sexual health information and education on Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs). ASHA  is an award-winning and trusted  non-profit organization that has advocated on behalf of those at risk for sexually transmitted infections.

 

The Body provides a comprehensive website on HIV/AIDS information, resources, testing, prevention, and more.

 

 

 

Planned Parenthood is America’s most trusted provider of reproductive health care. Our skilled health care professionals are dedicated to offering men, women, and teens high-quality, affordable medical care and resources.  Planned Parenthood’s website offers education on STDs, pregnancy, identity, relationships, body image, abortion, and more.

 

Youth

 

Scarleteen is an independent, grassroots sexuality education and support organization and website. Founded in 1998, Scarleteen.com is visited by around three-quarters of a million diverse people each month worldwide, most between the ages of 15 and 25.

Answer is a national organization that provides and promotes unfettered access to comprehensive sexuality education for young people and the adults who teach them.

Sex, Etc., a project of Answer, is on a mission to improve teen sexual health across the country! Each year, five million young people visit Sexetc.org, and over 45,000 read their magazine to get honest and accurate sexual health information. Sex, Etc. has helped teens with answers to their questions about sex, relationships, pregnancy, STDs, birth control, sexual orientation and more!

 

Advocates for Youth champions effortsto help young people make informed and responsible decisions about their reproductive and sexual health. Advocates believes it can best serve the field by boldly advocating for a more positive and realistic approach to adolescent sexual health.

 

 

Sex Work

 

The Prostitutes’ Education Network, a project of BAYSWAN,  is an information service about legislative and cultural issues as they effect prostitutes and other sex workers. The service is comprised of information for sex workers and activists/educators who study issues of decriminalization, human rights in the context of prostitution, violence against prostitutes and women, sex workers and pornography, as well as current trends in legislation and social policy in the U.S. and internationally.

 

The Community Initiative for Health and Safety  is derived from the two-year Living in Community Project that was conducted in Vancouver, BC. The CIHS is an inclusive “toolkit project” that consulted with community regarding ideas, essential resources and strategies needed to best equip themselves when working through the negative impacts of street level sex work.

 

HOOK is a resource, program, and publication for men in the sex industry.

 

 

Abortion

 

Exhale is the nation’s premiere organization addressing the emotional health and well-being of women and men after
abortion. Founded in 2000 by and for women who have had abortions, we provide and promote emotional support across a dynamic landscape of private and public spaces, online and offline.

The National Abortion Federation (NAF) is the professional association of abortion providers in North America. The NAF Hotline is available to answer any questions you may have about abortion, unintended pregnancy, or related issues. The Hotline is free, completely anonymous, and offers services to everyone, regardless of their individual situation.

Backline promotes unconditional and judgment-free support for people in all their decisions, feelings and experiences with pregnancy, parenting, adoption and abortion.
