With 20 years of experience in space satellite industry, Rakesh Bhan has handled multiple lead roles in techncial and management domains at Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO).

He has a proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams of engineers and scientists for very complex projects for Airborne and Spaceborne satellites from systems, planning, Verification & Validation (V&V;), delivery and execution. He has notable contribution, as lead systems engineers, in the success of of India’s first Radar Imaging Satellite called RISAT-1 which was launched in 2012. RISAT-1 placed india on worlds 3rd number in imaging radar technology and it is called third-eye in space for defence surveillance.

Currently he is holding three executive positions at ISRO. He is Associate Project Director (APD) for world's costliest satellite collaboration between India and USA for civil space, named NASA-ISRO Synthetic Aperture Radar (NISAR) Satellite Mission (around USD 1.5 Billion collaboration), schedule for launch in 2022.

He is also heading microwave systems division at ISRO and is leading an expert team of Engineers and Scientists to develop next generation state of art space systems for earth observation and interplanetary missions.

He was honoured with ISROs Young Scientist Award in 2009, Project Group Award in 2014 and has Three Patents and One Copyright to his credit. He is author / co-author of 20+ Publications

A serial entrepreneur with 25 years of experience in Technology Leadership, Narayan Mahadevan is the Founder of IP driven Incubation Lab, BridgeLabz. An AWS recognised company, BridgeLabz focuses on increasing employability and nurturing ideas as well as talents in the Emerging technologies domain. Narayan oversees the overall operations and functions at the company.
Having completed his B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Maharashtra Institute of Technology, Narayan went on to pursue his graduate studies in Mechanical Engineering and Software Engineering from Kansas State University. There, as a Graduate Research Assistant, he developed numerical models for Structural Analysis of 3D Braided Composites along with Finite Element and Graphic Modelling software in C++.
Through his career, Narayan has been able to explore his passion for technology in various spheres and has utilised his skills to develop robust and diversified technology-based products and solutions. He worked with Sprint and Verizon, as a Software Engineer and Architect/Principle Engineer respectively. He served as CTO at Hurix Systems, a Digital Content Solution provider based in Mumbai. At Hurix, he was responsible for defining Product Roadmaps, Architecture, Technology and Cloud Infrastructure for Kitaboo Suite of Products. He also served as CTO, Mauj Mobile, a global media company with one of the largest independent app marketplaces in the world. He was a Creator at XPressOn Technologies, developing an extensive photo editing mobile app, XpressOn, with over 5000 monthly users in 115 countries. Narayan served as Director of EFI, building Print Applications from scratch for the company in India. He took this specialisation in professional Print Applications forward, and founded ZESTA Technology Group, where he served as CTO as well. Here, he developed P3 (Print, Promotion and Personalisation) B2B SAAS services, to benefit both print buyers and suppliers.
With the inception of BridgeLabz in 2016, Narayan’s main aim has been to use his and the team’s technological expertise to bridge the employability and skills gap in the emerging tech space. Narayan envisions BridgeLabz to be synonymous with employability within the next 5 years. By 2025, he would like BridgeLabz to have impacted more than 1 million jobs in India.
Narayan is a problem solver and a hard core techie at heart. He enjoys the freedom to explore and, hence, prefers the entrepreneurial route. Outside of BridgeLabz, Narayan’s life revolves around his family. He lives with his parents, wife and their two children in Mumbai. He enjoys playing chess, cricket and badminton with his kids. He is also an avid news reader and wakes up early in the morning to begin his days with meditation.

Gautam is a global executive with 30 years of rich experience including a wealth of startup and industry expertise. He is currently the CEO of Times Internet Ltd., the digital arm of The Times of India Group, where he drives the strategy, vision and execution for all the internet, mobile and telecommunication properties of the group.

Prior to Times Internet Ltd., Gautam was the Chief Operating Officer of CashEdge Inc, a company based out of New York and California working in payments and wealth management, where he worked since 2001 building and leading the company from startup to profitability. Prior to CashEdge, he held senior management positions at Sevant, Aspect Communications, at the Neural Applications Corporation, and at the Ministry of Defense in India (DRDO).

Prof. Dr. Gielen has extensive experience with R&D; in the telecommunication and software technology sector as well as in raising venture capital, university-industry collaborative research and spin-off creation.

Prof.Dr. Gielen started as a software architect with AT&T; Bell Labs in the U.S.A. and was director of software technology at Alcatel. In 1998 he joined Tellium, a US based start-up company in optical network technology, as the VP of Software Engineering. In 2001, he returned to Europe as the CEO for Tellium EMEA.

From 2010 to 2015 he was the Director of the Incubation & Entrepreneurship at iMinds, the leading digital incubator and business accelerator in Flanders, Belgium. He then became head of the EIT Digital Professional School. In 2007, Prof. dr. Gielen became Education Director and Executive Board Member at EIT InnoEnergy. Currently he is also a professor of software technology entrepreneurship at the University of Ghent, Belgium.

With around 22 years experience in the Indian Pharma Industry, Atish Majumdar is currently President at Mankind Pharma and responsible for Mankind Pharma’s Specialty Businesses.

Prior to Mankind, he has worked at Lupin. A management graduate from Amity Business School, he joined Lupin from Campus as an MT grew through the ranks to be a Vice President and Cluster Head.
