Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, members of the public are entitled to request information from public authorities. Ofcom is a public authority, which means you can contact us to make a Freedom of Information (FOI) request.
We publish previous requests online, and we maintain a publication scheme of articles and documents which may help you gain a better understanding of the type of information Ofcom holds and can release. We respect your privacy and comply with Data Protection legislation.
