Dispute form for fines

  • Use separate form if you have more than one complaint.
  • Petition (Appeal) will be cancelled if failed to submit the ticket.
  • Offending driver/victim must be present.
  • Customer can submit dispute with in 30 days from the date of fine issuance for all fines and 1 year for bus lane fines.
  • Customer will be informed through SMS with in 30 days from the date of dispute is submitted
