   Pokémon had every chance to make a game that looks and feels like this. The game has beautiful graphics and plays very smoothly. Besides a slightly annoying launch with packed serves and bugs which the Devs are currently hard at work mitigating.
   
   
   The game is still in early access so I hope they decide to continue working hard and don't give into to flooding the entire game with pay to win and micro transactions in the long run. This game definitely beats Pokémon I'm it's graphics and gameplay elements but it's still in its nascent stage and would love to see it as a proper contender against the Pokémon legacy… Expand

   Ironic Pokemon fans get upset over other monster collectors existing or "ripping them off" when Pokemon itself has always been a weak ripoff of Dragon Quest which did monster collecting and monsters in capsules years before Pokemon but Japan whom loved Dragon Quest before Pokemon certainly never seemingly threw a hissy fit and kill the Pokemon franchise like westerners tend to do with other monster collectors.
   
   Pretty much any monster collector RPG that has existed before or after Pokemon has been a way better game like Shin Megami Tensei, Dragon Quest Monsters, Digimon and Yo-Kai Watch. Wouldn't be surprised at all if Temtem accomplished the same thing.… Expand

   Good game made by devs that care and love what they're making. Be warned though, the game is currently in early access and has a number of technical issues that you can expect to see improved in the year run up to it's full release for PC and consoles.… Expand

This is what a decent taming game should look like on PC and/or console, instead of the 3DS-like port we received in Sword and Shield. I doubt Temtem will ever become as big as Pokemon, but they have certainly shown that a team of 18 people can do a better job than one of the biggest video game franchises in history.… Expand
