We had several time sensitive documents to print and
scan when our printer died. We contacted Asurion. They responded immediately. They offered an instant credit so that we could order a replacement from Amazon. With Asurion’s actions we received our new printer from Amazon in time to make our deadlines. I purchased a warranty for my WiFi router ( ASUS ROG Strix GS-AX3000) that stopped working in little over a year. Asurion was quick to send me a gift card for the full price I paid. Highly recommend.

After the initial claim denial as it was wrongly thought that the removable battery was responsible for the calculator malfunction, the denial was reversed promptly after demonstrating that was not the case.

When the technician was unable to get my printer going, I was given full credit to purchase another of my choice. Always satisfied with Asurian, and I always purchase their service when it is available.

Asurion was very helpful, after 3 years my old printer went out on me. I called to Asurion to make a claim and the representative was very helpful and polite. She issued me a refund during the call and by the time we hung up it was in my email. Therefore making it easy for me to order a new printer.

I hesitate to buy a policy on some things, but buy the Asurion policies on others - gut feeling.
I had a computer monitor fail after 2 years and was agonizing over how I was going to afford a new one (I'm on a fixed income). I had a flash and looked up my policies in the email and sure enough, I had a 4 year policy on the monitor...
I was stoked -- I filed a claim, got instructions, packed up the broken monitor, took it to the UPS store, and the next day I had an email gift card for Amazon. I purchased a new monitor (no cost because of refund) along with another 4 year policy.
I'm a happy camper!!
I totally recommend Asurion policies ...

I purchased an additional warranty through Asurion for my printer in 2020 After the printer was 3 years old I began to have issues. Asurion was there to fix issues at no extra cost. They provided me with postage page labels to ship my printer to them. Repair was quick and my printer was fixed promptly and returned. I will always purchase additional warranty coverage through Asurion if it is available on any products I buy. If they can’t fix your product after 3-4 tries, they will promptly refund your purchase price paid for the product. It’s worth every penny purchasing some peace of mind!
