Research Areas
The research conducted at Steward Observatory spans the breadth of the fields of astronomy and astrophysics. Our faculty, postdoctoral fellows and graduate students are involved in the construction of astrophysical models, the design and fabrication of mirrors and other optics, and the direct observation of stars and galaxies through some of the world's most advanced telescopes.
