Genius is celebrating the end of summer with its first annual live concert event IQ/BBQ to take place Sept. 9 at the Genius headquarters in Brooklyn, featuring performances by Pusha T, Dej Loaf, A Boogie wit da Hoodie and more.
The company announced the news Tuesday (Aug. 29), calling it a “block party-meets-festival,” which will be produced in partnership with Adidas and Atari. Sonny Digital, Ski Mask The Slump God and Rico Nasty are also included on the lineup.
“IQ/BBQ marks our first full-fledged live concert experience. Genius already brings artists and fans together online like no other, and now it’s time to do that in real life,” Rob Markman, Genius’s Head of Artist Relations, said in a statement. “We’re honored to begin a new Genius tradition with Pusha T, a hip-hop icon, and this lineup of dope artists.”
