Director Jeffrey Blitz hasn’t made a feature film in a decade, and there’s a very good reason why. “Table 19” is his first big screen effort since 2007’s “Rocket Science,” and it’s an attempt to get his helming groove back after years in television, put in command of a screenplay co-conceived by indie golden boys, Jay and Mark Duplass.
