Non Evans MBE (born 20 June 1974) is a Welsh sportswoman who has competed internationally in four different sports, rugby union, judo, weightlifting and freestyle wrestling.
Michaela Alica Breeze MBE (born 17 May 1979) is a British former weightlifter. Breeze was born in Watford and raised in Cornwall and educated at Wadebridge School. She started weightlifting under the guidance of PE teacher Dave Allen. Breeze then went on to Bodmin Community College before attending the University of Wales Institute, Cardiff.
Amy Evans (born 30 September 1990) is a Welsh rugby union player who plays Tighthead prop for Skewen RFC and the Ospreys. She won her first international cap against England in 2015.
Catrin Jones (born 13 June 1999) is a British weightlifter. She won the gold medal in the women's 48kg division at the 2015 Commonwealth Youth Games and claimed the corresponding national senior title the following year.
Natasha Perdue (born 27 July 1975) is a British weightlifter who competed for Great Britain at the 2012 Olympic Games in London. Perdue's father Terry Perdue was also a weightlifter and competed at the 1968 and 1972 Olympics.
Laura Hughes (born 24 March 1993) is a Welsh weightlifter. She competed in the women's 75 kg event at the 2018 Commonwealth Games, winning the bronze medal.
