Although this decade is just about 70% complete when I created this list there are quite a few intriguing films in the serial killer/murderer genre. I will try and add a few new titles as the current decade closes in on that special year of 2020.

I would have thought the producers had sufficient material on the victims and their perpetrator Castro to produce a TV mini series.
