私 たちは、日本 基幹 産業 労働 組合 連合 会 に集 う仲間 の英知 を結集 し、雇用 の安定 、労働 諸 条件 の維持 ・向上 をはかります。私 たちは、産業 民主 主義 を基盤 にして、対等 な労使 関係 にもとづく相互 信頼 のもとで、産業 ・企業 の健全 な発展 のために、労働 組合 としての役割 を果 たします。私 たちは、友愛 と信義 のもと、組織 の自主 性 を大切 にし、仲間 の主体 的 な活動 参加 によって、民主 的 な労働 運動 を展開 します。私 たちは、同 じ志 をもつ組織 や仲間 と連携 し、自由 、平等 、公正 で、安心 して暮 らせる福祉 社会 の実現 をめざします。私 たちは、国際 社会 の一員 として、人権 の尊重 、地球 環境 の保全 、世界 平和 の実現 に力 を尽 くします。
Principles
- We safeguard employment and improve working conditions.
- We play a role as a labor union for sound development of industries and companies on the basis of industrial democracy and mutual respect in industrial relations.
- We respect voluntarism of organizations in the spirit of fraternity and faithfulness and develop democratic labor movement inviting voluntary participation by union members.
- We aim for a welfare society in cooperation with like-minded organizations and friends.
- We respect human rights, preserve the global environment and realize world peace as a member of the international community.
