Music lovers won't want to miss Maitland's own Counterpoint Chamber Choir performing at St Mary's Anglican Church on Sunday at 2pm. The concert will feature an eclectic program of music, including works from the traditional canon of sacred music, American spirituals, folk and contemporary songs. Enjoy Maitland Repertory Theatre's August show, comic satire of Cold War international affairs Romanoff and Juliet, directed by Isabelle Moy. It's a play that humorously depicts the romance between the son of the Russian ambassador and the daughter of the American ambassador amidst clumsy diplomacy.
