About

Hello! My name is Sarah Leadon. I am a chef, blogger, freelance recipe developer, and content writer. Food and Christianity have always been a part of my life. I was born into a Methodist household. My granddad was a chef, pastor, and florist, and my grandmother was a skilled baker. Naturally, I followed in their footsteps and went to the University of the Bahamas and attained an Associates Of Applied Science degree in culinary arts. After a few short years in the culinary field, I decided to quit my job and return to college. I attained a Bachelor of Science in psychology and communication studies. Nowadays, I am back at home in the Bahamas, creating recipes for my blog and for other people from around the world.

During my time in college, I became interested in the relationship between food and mood. However, the more I thought about it, I realized there is a close relationship between food and Christianity. This path sent me on a new journey and led me to create and share content with you. I hope my content will encourage, educate, and uplift you. So let’s go on this journey together.
