A driver has been fined after a two-vehicle crash on the A9 near Daviot.
Emergency services were called to the A9 Perth to Inverness road at about 2pm on Tuesday.
Police have now confirmed one of the drivers involved has been issued with a fixed penalty notice for a driving offence.
There are no reports of any injuries.
The road was “partially blocked” near the B851 junction for around two hours and was finally cleared by 4pm.
A police spokesperson said: “The A9 at Daviot has fully reopened following a road crash involving two vehicles near to the B851.
“There were no reported injuries.
“One driver was issued with a fixed penalty notice for a driving offence.
“Motorists are thanked for their patience while the roadway was cleared.”
