In vitro
M1002 (10 μみゅーM; 24 h; 786-O cells) significantly enhances the expression of HIF-2 target genes compared to the control. Additionally, M1002 treatment (5 μみゅーM) exhibits synergy with prolyl hydroxylase domain (PHD) inhibitors.[1]
