Student Highlight

In Dr. Zhongde Wang's lab, I’m involved in a NIH-funded study of the Chikungunya and Hepatitis B viruses using gene-edited hamsters, where I’m learning about advanced assisted reproductive techniques and CRISPR/Cas-9. I am extremely grateful for wonderful mentors and opportunities that have enhanced my professional development and allowed me to apply concepts from the classroom to real-world situations.
