Name | About |
---|---|
Zack Saavedra | An avid wildlife enthusiast, especially in regards to birds and arachnids. Currently working on a master's degree in wildlife biology in which I'm comparing arachnid diversity among habitat types and investigating a few other aspects of arachnid ecology. |
Zai Tang | I am a artist based in Singapore who works with wildlife field recordings. I often experiment with visualising the sonic expressions of animals I record, in order to help listeners connect to the sound (and the creatures themselves) in new ways. I am currently in the process of creating a new work that concerns the Eastern Saurus Crane. This piece will be a sound installation open to the public at the Thai Crane Research Building in Nakhon Ratchasima Zoo, Thailand. |
Zdeněk Vermouzek | An ornithologist by a profession at Czech Society for Ornithology (CSO) and amateur recordist interested in European birds. I restarted recording birds in 2009 with a field recorder Fostex FR2-LE. Now I use mics Sennheiser ME 62 and ME 67 and a Stereo DATmic with a parabola from Telinga. |
ZHANGShen | Chinese birder, currently locate in Beijing. http://daviddvd.net/ |
Zhao Chao 赵超 | Young birder, recordist, photographer and expedition guide, also doing some research on bird diversity. Living in Dali, Yunnan, China which is a good location to explore west yunnan, the hot spots of bird diversity. |

Zoltán Dudás | I'm a bird lover from Budapest, Hungary. I collect ambient sounds in forests, mainly birdsongs using Roland R-05 and Olympus LS-5 recorders, Rode NT4 and Shure WL183 microphones. |
