- Mailing List Termination
GAC reserves the right to remove your membership from our GAC Mailer if our mailer "bounces back" 5 or more times. If you are aware of any problems with mail receiving and
would like us to keep you on our mailer for up to 10 failed deliveries, please contact us. If, however, we cannot send you the mailer more than 10 times, we will remove your membership. You may
re-sign up if you would like to remain on our mailing program.
- Submitted Information
You shall not e-mail, upload, post or otherwise make available on the Services
any material protected by the copyright, trademark, or other proprietary right
without the express permission of the owner of the copyright, trademark, or
other proprietary right and the burden of determining that any material is not
protected by copyright rests with you. You shall be solely liable for any damage

harm resulting from such a submission. Subject to GAC's policies regarding
