We've spent six months making this site - hope you like it.

We've started out focusing on nine individual sports but we'll be adding to them as we develop.

You can find out everything from the basic skills, the rules, the equipment you need and contacts who can tell you where to play in your area.

There's also our gym, our treatment room and our healthy eating area for more in-depth advice on your body and how to keep it in shape.

We know you love games and there'll be plenty of them added to the site, as well as competitions and forums with sports stars.
