     Margaret Galwey was baptised on 4 November 1800.¹ She was the daughter of Anthony Gerald Galwey and Mary Wyse.¹ A settlement for the marriage between her and Colonel Walter Blackney was made on 1 July 1818.¹ She died, without issue.¹
     From 1 July 1818, her married name became Blackney.¹

     Colonel Walter Blackney was the son of James Blackney and Gertrude Galwey.¹ A settlement for the marriage between him and Margaret Galwey was made on 1 July 1818.¹
     He gained the rank of Colonel in the 5th Native Infantry, Honourable East India Company Service.¹

     James Butler Galwey was the son of John Galwey and Alice Butler.¹ He died, unmarried.¹

     Gertrude Galwey was born on 15 May 1752.² She is the daughter of John Galwey and Jane O'Bryen.^1,2 She married James Blackney in October 1775.²
     From October 1775, her married name became Blackney.²

     John Galwey was the son of William Galwey and Mary Butler.² A settlement for the marriage between him and Jane O'Bryen was made on 9 February 1739.² He died on 7 September 1793.²
     He was admitted to King's Inn, Dublin in 1734 entitled to practise as a Barrister-at-Law.² On 18 May 1772 he re-settled the Lota estates.² His last will was dated 27 December 1791 which directed that Westcourt be sold, to provide portions for his sons.² He lived at Lota, County Cork, Ireland^G.² He lived at Westcourt, County Kilkenny, Ireland^G.²

     Mary Anne Galwey was born in 1801.¹ She was the daughter of Anthony Gerald Galwey and Mary Wyse.¹ She married Lt.-Gen. John Luther Richardson in June 1840.¹ She died, without issue.¹
     From June 1840, her married name became Richardson.¹

     Lt.-Gen. John Luther Richardson married, secondly, Mary Anne Galwey, daughter of Anthony Gerald Galwey and Mary Wyse, in June 1840.¹
     He gained the rank of General in the Honourable East India Company Service.² He gained the rank of Colonel in the 70th Native Infantry, Honourable East India Company Service.¹

     Mary Galwey was baptised on 23 November 1802.¹ She was the daughter of Anthony Gerald Galwey and Mary Wyse.¹

     Mary Ann Blackney was the daughter of Walter Blackney.¹ She married John Wyse.
     Her married name became Wyse.¹

     Walter Blackney lived at Ballyellin, County Carlow, Ireland^G.¹
