     Margaret Jaqueline Mary Pauline Boreel was the daughter of Jonkheer Lt.-Gen. Willem François Boreel and Catharina Anne Fagel.1 She married Sir William Boreel, 9th Bt., son of Sir James Boreel, 8th Bt. and Margaretha Johanna Munter, on 24 July 1833.1 She died on 9 February 1892.2
     She held the office of Dame-du-Palais to the Queen of Holland.1

     Jonkheer Lt.-Gen. Willem François Boreel was born on 15 September 1775 at Amsterdam, The Netherlands.3,2 He was the son of Sir William Boreel, 7th Bt. and Maria Trip Vrouwe van Langerak en Oud-en Nieuw-Goudriaan.1,3 He married Catharina Anne Fagel, daughter of François Fagel and Anne Mary Boreel, on 12 April 1803 at Velsen, The Netherlands.3,2 He died on 21 May 1851 at age 75 at Friedrichshafen, Baden-Württemburg, Germany.3
     In 1816 he was elevated to the Dutch nobility and granted the hereditary prefix of Jonkheer.2 He held the office of Grand Master of the Household to King Willem III of the Netherlands.3 He held the office of Grand Equerry to King Willem II of the Netherlands.3

     Catharina Anne Fagel was born on 5 November 1772 at The Hague, The Netherlands.2 She was the daughter of François Fagel and Anne Mary Boreel.1,3 She married Jonkheer Lt.-Gen. Willem François Boreel, son of Sir William Boreel, 7th Bt. and Maria Trip Vrouwe van Langerak en Oud-en Nieuw-Goudriaan, on 12 April 1803 at Velsen, The Netherlands.3,2 She died on 18 April 1825 at age 52 at Brussels, Belgium.3,2
     From 12 April 1803, her married name became Boreel.3

     François Fagel was born on 11 September 1740 at The Hague, The Netherlands.2 He was the son of Hendrik Fagel and Catharina Anna Sluysken.2 He married Anne Mary Boreel, daughter of James Boreel and Agnes Margarette Munter, on 15 April 1764 at Velsen, The Netherlands.2 He died on 28 August 1773 at age 32 at The Hague, The Netherlands.2
     He was Greffier of the States General.1

     Sir Jacob William Gustavus Boreel, 10th Bt. was born on 10 September 1852 at Meervliet, Velsen, The NetherlandsG.1 He was the son of Sir William Boreel, 9th Bt. and Margaret Jaqueline Mary Pauline Boreel.1 He married, firstly, Maria Cornelia Schimmelpenninck van der Oye, daughter of William Assneer Jacob Baron Schimmelpenninck van der Oye, on 14 March 1878.1 He married, secondly, Cornelia Maria van Weede, daughter of Hendrik Maurits van Weede and Anna Magdalena van Hangest, Barones d'Yvoy, on 15 February 1898 at Nijkerk, The Netherlands.2,3 He died on 16 July 1937 at age 84 at Bloemendaal, The Netherlands, without male issue.2,3
     He was educated at Leyden University, Leyden, The NetherlandsG.1 He succeeded as the 10th Baronet Boreel, of Amsterdam, in Holland [E., 1645] in 1883.1 He held the office of Burgomaster of Haarlem.2 He held the office of Gentleman of the Privy Chamber to the Queen of the Netherlands between 1905 and 1937.1,2
