     Rev. Hon. William Talbot Rice was born on 24 March 1861.² He was the son of Francis William Rice, 5th Baron Dynevor of Dynevor and Eliza Amelia Knox.² He married Marian Gurney, daughter of Henry Edmund Gurney and Jane Birkbeck, on 10 November 1887.² He died on 13 November 1945 at age 84.²
