     Gordon Caulfeild was born on 25 February 1885.1 He was the son of Captain John Caulfeild and Theresa Eliza Stafford Caulfeild.2 He died on 30 November 1917 at age 32, killed in action.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Somerset Light Infantry.1 He fought in the Battle of Cambrai in November 1917.2

     Gwendoline Theresa Caulfeild was the daughter of Captain John Caulfeild and Theresa Eliza Stafford Caulfeild.2 She married George Caulfeild Browne, son of Major Hon. George Augustus Browne and Frances Mary Prideaux-Brune, on 7 December 1891.1 She died on 6 January 1937.1
     From 7 December 1891, her married name became Browne.1
