     - her will, (dated 30 March 1642), was probated in Cork, County Cork, IrelandG, later that year.1
     Her married name became Beamish.1 Catherine (?) was living in 1642.1 Among the list of English settlers in Ireland temp Elizabeth I, appear the names of "Beamish" or "Beamis". The lands granted to the members of the family in County Cork were confirmed to three brothers under the Act of Settlement by Patent on 24 April 1668, (20 Charles II.) Catherine (?) was the mother of the three patentees.1
