     Marcelle Catherine van Kloetinge was the daughter of Johan Jacob Clotterbrooke Patyn van Kloetinge.1 She married Nigel Clive Cosby Trench, 7th Baron Ashtown, son of Clive Newcombe Trench and Kathleen Maud Marion McIvor, on 1 December 1939.1 She died in July 1994.1,2
     From 1 December 1939, her married name became Trench.1 After her marriage, Marcelle Catherine van Kloetinge was styled as Baroness Ashtown on 27 April 1990.

     Roderick Nigel Godolphin Trench, 8th Baron Ashtown was born on 17 November 1944.1 He is the son of Nigel Clive Cosby Trench, 7th Baron Ashtown and Marcelle Catherine van Kloetinge.1 He married, firstly, Janet Merle Hamilton-Faulkner, daughter of Harold Hamilton-Faulkner, on 27 June 1967.1 He married, secondly, Susan Barbara Day, daughter of Lewis Frank Day, in 1973.1
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He graduated from Stanford University, Palo Alto, California, U.S.A.G, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He lived in 1999 at Bassets, Coggins Mill Lane, Mayfield, Sussex, EnglandG.2 He succeeded as the 8th Baron Ashtown, of Moate, co. Galway [I., 1800] on 6 March 2010.3

     Lady Alexandrina Louise Maud Vane-Tempest was born on 8 November 1863. She was the daughter of George Henry Robert Charles William Vane-Tempest, 5th Marquess of Londonderry and Mary Cornelia Edwards.1 She married Wentworth Canning Blackett Beaumont, 1st Viscount Allendale, son of Wentworth Blackett Beaumont, 1st Baron Allendale and Lady Margaret Anne de Burgh, on 12 November 1889.1 She died on 31 July 1945 at age 81.2
     Her married name became Beaumont. After her marriage, Lady Alexandrina Louise Maud Vane-Tempest was styled as Baroness Allendale on 13 February 1907. After her marriage, Lady Alexandrina Louise Maud Vane-Tempest was styled as Viscountess Allendale on 2 July 1911.
