     Alexander Mackenzie of Delvine is the son of John Mackenzie of Delvine and Margaret Hay.² He married Anne Fothringham, daughter of unknown Fothringham of Powrie.² He died in 1731.²
     He was Principal Clerk of Session.² He lived at Delvine, Perthshire, Scotland^G.¹ He was a practising Advocate in 1681.²

     Margaret Mackenzie is the daughter of Alexander Mackenzie of Delvine and Anne Fothringham.² She married George Muir, son of William Muir of Cassencarrie and Agnes Sharp.¹ She died in 1767.²
     Her married name became Muir.¹

     Sir Alexander Muir Mackenzie of Delvine, 1st Bt. was born on 2 March 1764.¹ He was the son of George Muir and Margaret Mackenzie.² He married Jane Murray, daughter of Sir Robert Murray of Dunerne, 6th Bt. and Susan Renton, on 6 September 1787.¹ He died on 11 March 1835 at age 71.¹
     He was given the name of Alexander Muir at birth.¹ His name was legally changed to Alexander Muir Mackenzie added on inheriting his great-uncle John Mackenzie of Delvine's estates.¹ He was created 1st Baronet Muir Mackenzie, of Delvine, co. Perth [U.K.] on 9 November 1805.¹

     Sir Robert Murray of Dunerne, 6th Bt. was the son of Colonel William Murray and Anne Schurmann.² He married, secondly, Susan Renton, daughter of John Renton of Lamberton and Lady Susan Montgomerie.² He married, firstly, Hon. Janet Murray, daughter of Alexander Murray, 4th Lord Elibank and Elizabeth Stirling, on 22 June 1750.² He died on 21 September 1771.²
     He succeeded as the 6th Baronet Murray, of Dunerne, co. Fife [N.S., 1630] on 14 February 1769.² He lived at Clermont, Scotland.²

     Jane Murray is the daughter of Sir Robert Murray of Dunerne, 6th Bt. and Susan Renton.^2,3 She married Sir Alexander Muir Mackenzie of Delvine, 1st Bt., son of George Muir and Margaret Mackenzie, on 6 September 1787.¹
     From 6 September 1787, her married name became Muir Mackenzie.¹

     Henry Howard Taylor lived at Thurnscoe Hall, England^G.¹

     Lt.-Cdr. William Oswald Rees Millington married Phyllis Taylor, daughter of Henry Howard Taylor, on 6 February 1932.¹ He died in 1938.¹
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Commander in the Royal Navy.¹

     Sophia Matilda Johnstone was born on 9 July 1814.² She was the daughter of James Raymond Johnstone of Alva and Mary Elizabeth Cholmeley.³ She was baptised on 29 September 1814 at Alva, Stirlingshire, Scotland^G.² She married Sir John William Pitt Muir Mackenzie of Delvine, 2nd Bt., son of Sir Alexander Muir Mackenzie of Delvine, 1st Bt. and Jane Murray, on 28 August 1832.¹ She died on 29 January 1900 at age 85.¹
     From 28 August 1832, her married name became Muir Mackenzie.

     Henry Jones lived at Cardiff, Glamorgan, Wales^G.¹
