In 1898 Brentry House became "Brentry Colony" for Inebriates; a sad end for a house designed in 1802 by Humphrey Repton and his son. 1901 - Eltham Lawn, Lansdown Road, Cheltenham. Mary was accompanied by her daughter Blanche Anson on Census Day.1
