     Sarah Persse was the daughter of Robert Persse and Maria Wade.² She married Reverend Richard Booth Eyre, son of Reverend Richard Eyre and Anne Gore, on 18 August 1829.¹ She died on 13 November 1841.¹

     Richard Annesley Eyre was the son of Reverend Richard Booth Eyre and Sarah Persse.² He married Dora Churton.¹ He died on 2 April 1876 at New Zealand^G, without issue.¹
     He gained the rank of Captain in the 53rd Light Infantry.¹

     Robert Dudley Eyre was born on 23 March 1841.¹ He was the son of Reverend Richard Booth Eyre and Sarah Persse.² He married Matilda Norton, daughter of John William Sheppard Norton, on 16 June 1866.¹ He died on 26 August 1920 at age 79.¹
     He lived at Auckland, New Zealand^G.¹
