Randall Plunkett, 12th Lord Dunsany1

     Randall Plunkett, 12th Lord Dunsany was born in March 1738/39.1 He was the son of Edward Plunkett, 11th Lord Dunsany and Mary Allen.2 He married, firstly, Margaret Archdekin, daughter of Edward Archdekin, on 12 August 1771.1 He married, secondly, Emma Mary Smith, daughter of John Smith and Mary Ransom, on 24 April 1797.1 He was also reported to have been married on 7 August 1800.1 He died on 4 April 1821 at age 82.1
     He lived at Charleville, County Louth, Ireland.2 He succeeded as the 12th Lord Dunsany [I., c. 1462] on 9 June 1781.1 He was he established his right to a seat in the Irish House of Lords in 1785.1

     Margaret Archdekin was the daughter of Edward Archdekin.2 She married, firstly, Edward Mandeville.1 She married, secondly, Randall Plunkett, 12th Lord Dunsany, son of Edward Plunkett, 11th Lord Dunsany and Mary Allen, on 12 August 1771.1 She died on 13 September 1791.1
     Her married name became Mandeville.1 From 12 August 1771, her married name became Plunkett.
